Designed to combine high production with high quality of the finished product, the 530 Avant machine represents the best solution for the production of croissants in a significantly limited space.
Special attention has been paid to the cutter with orientator, the heart of the machine, where the dough triangles are cut by the guillotine, spaced in regular rows by a motorized belt and rotated by an intelligent orientating system without any risk of overturning.
The control panel on the 530 Avant can be used to program different triangle base measurements. Thanks to this computerized optimization, the croissant processing can be performed with 2 to 6 rows for an hourly production of 2000 to 6000 croissants.
