Ideal for deep freezing of pastry, gastronomy, bread, ice cream. The equipment can work with trolley of any dimension. The line is deloped for big capacity of frozen products (from 260 to 780 kg/h). On demand it is possible to develop units of bigger capacity and/or with the particular possiblity ad well to work as blast chiller.
