Avant 1 door
Designed to control the whole programmed leavening process (retarding) through humidity control, Avant 1 door is perfect for all leavening bakery and bread products. Avant 1 door is different from all other versions, its stainless steel AISI 304 structure (both interenal and external) is finer. It is also provided with a coloured touchscreen graphic interface to ease its setting. In addition to the standard retarding process (6+1 phases) Classic Pro 2 doors operates three manual processes: cooling mode, heating mode and conditioning mode. It also operates a 4 phases retarding (progressive) process, which enables to manufacture different types of products with specific volume and water percentage at the same time.
