Automatic panning equipment for production of loaves, rolls and buns, complete with one set of gauging divider, 4-roll sheeter, loaf moulder.
By means of the regulation of “multi-positions belt” it is possible to pass from one production to the other (loaves, rolls) in a friendly way without technical compromise to get an excellent bread forming.
The VBS BG, provided as standard with the automatic panning of the product, is a modular machine and can be customized adding several ancillary equipment: dough feeding hopper, intermediate proofer placed before the moulder, loaf moulder, automatic loading of trolley, automatic unloading of trolley, automatic divider-rounder, gauge roll for Arabic bread, etc.
