BNT UR conservers

CSM TN UR and CSM BTN UR cold storage cabinets, which are able to maintain controlled levels of humidity at the required storage temperature, are used in the TN and BTN storage systems for fresh confectionery and chocolate.

Used for fresh and delicate products, CSM UR cabinets enable product storage at controlled temperatures and humidity levels.

In this way, the dehydration and premature deterioration of the product is avoided.

Ideal to preserve sponge, iced products, creams, puff-pastry and similar products.
