Bravo 1 door
Designed to control the whole programmed leavening process (retarding) through humidity control, Bravo 1 door is perfect for all small or medium leavening bakery and bread products. It has an LCD graphic interface to ease its setting. In addition to the standard retarding process (6+1 phases) Bravo 1 door also operates three manual processes: cooling mode, heating mode and conditioning mode. It is available with one to ten trays of all kinds.
