Automatic line for the manufactoring of pastries, banana bread, loaf, bread-sticks, etc. In the Bravo 2 vie version, two spreading belts placed right after the dividing machine allow to separate and send to the forming machines pairs of dough, thus increasing the hourly production. Polin's 2 vie automatic group produces: banana bread and pastries with two 4 rollers series forming machines, guaranteeing the dough rest between the two processes. Loaf breads to be collected thanks to a telescopic lateral exit belt. Loaves using the a special loaf lenghtening optional (with motorized higher belt or table) placed right after the first forming machine or after the telescopic belt. Bravo's ovens have a whole stainless steel rack and stand out for their exceptional contructive solidity and long-lasting reliability. Thanks to a special electronic and mechanical engeneering the ovens grant high performances and modest dimentions.
