Modular equipment with automatic panning for the production of “ciabatta”, specialty rolls and buns, breadsticks, with stamping unit integrated in.
Made of complete stainless steel structure, the VBS CB is suitable to produce any kind of “ciabatta” from 20 g to 2 kg with the convenience of the automatic panning.
Other products handled are: breadsticks (from 8 to 20 g), loaves (from 40 g to 2 kg), stamped rolls and buns.
The VBS CB, provided as standard with the automatic panning of the product, is a modular machine and can be customized with adding of several ancillary equipment: dough feeding hopper, seeds sprinkler, 4-roll sheeter, loaf moulder, automatic loading of trolley, automatic unloading of trolley, reciprocating panner, etc.
