Classic Pro 2 doors
Designed to control the whole programmed leavening process (retarding) through humidity control, Classic Pro 2 doors is perfect for all leavening bakery and bread products. It is provided with a LCD graphic interface to ease its setting. In addition to the standard retarding process (6+1 phases) Classic Pro 2 doors operates three manual processes: cooling mode, heating mode and conditioning mode. It is available with 1 to 30 trays of all kinds.
