Automatic line for the manufactoring of pastries, banana bread, loaf, bread-sticks, etc. Bravo Compact oven is the smallest. It is equipped with 165/4 divider, first 4 rollers series moulder and can operate combined with a load-former or with a second moulder (located nixt to the firs one without rest belt.) Bravo's ovens have a whole stainless steel rack and stand out for their exceptional contructive solidity and long-lasting reliability. Thanks to a special electronic and mechanical engeneering the ovens grant high performances and modest dimentions.
