Conserver and blast chiller

Integrated systems for functional management of cold cycle.
Blast chilling/freezing and conservations are carried out in specific spaces. The room for blast chilling/freezing has been developed to process products of confectionery, gastronomy, bakery and ice cream shops.
They are used to maintain the products' temperature stable. Before using the machine the product must be treated with the blast chiller freezer. They coservers are avilable in different versions, fitting 60x40, 60x80 and gastronorm pans.
