Designed to respond to work organisation needs, the Polin CSM FLP cabinet sets itself as the ideal solution for all leavened products, such as bread and confectionery.
Thanks to the simplified control unit, it is simple and immediate to use and, with its integrated humidifier as standard, it can be used for any leavened product.
6 phase programme
The retarder proofer cabinets in the FLP line have been designed to automatically manage the leavening of bread dough in small pieces and confectionery products.
Automatic use takes place via a microprocessor control panel with 40 automatic programmes and 3 manual programmes. In all situations it is possible to control the humidity levels.
The automatic 6 phase cycles are made up of 3 cold phases (blast chilling, stabilizing and cold storage) and 3 warm leavening phases.
Designed for the best levels of production optimisation, FLP retarder proofer cabinets enable high night work savings and can also be used as simple positive chillers or as proofers.
