The SCOOTER oven is the smallest of the Polin rotary family, but it maintains the constructional characteristics and all the technical qualities of its big brothers.
The rotation of the trolley guarantees high cooking uniformity.
Made entirely of stainless steel, the Scooter oven is available in liquid gas (LPG), natural gas or electric versions.
Thanks to the high-yield heat exchanger, the product being baked never comes into contact with the noxious exhaust gases and the oven is always ready to provide the necessary calories.
In the electric version the oven has a group of armoured heating elements which are finned in order to guarantee an appreciable radiating surface.
