Rotostone

Baking in a deck oven occupying a standard rotative oven's space is finally possible. ROTOSTONE 6099 oven, unique in its category, bakes on refractory supports at low temperatures, thus both guaranteeing the usual deck oven quality and undelining the oven's flexibility and handiness. Thanks to a combined conduction and convection baking productivity increases. Manufactoring times can be further lowered using only one trolley able to put in and out of the oven on all decks not only baking tins but pansaswell.
