Expecially designed to manufature flat loaf, zoccoletti, bread-sticks, flat bread bases and ordinary dough pieces, laminated or simply cut.
The machine is available in three versions with different sheeter width: 165, 240, 300 mm
The machine matches other accessories such as integrated mouldling table, loaf extender (with table or doble motorized rotative belts).
