Arte Bianca chefs want you!

After the great success of the first edition, Ing. Polin & C make a new date for the year 2010 for Great Courses with master chefs of bakery and pastry art

Courses are organised in cooperation with CAST Alimenti, and offer theorical and practical meetings with the most reputed Arte Bianca professionals.
All the Chefs of the first edition have already confirmed: Biasetto, De Riso, Giorilli, Magni, Massari, Rivola e Zoia, promising new programs, new recipes.
Polin Co. has prepared a fully equipped bakery in Verona headquarters, in order to put at your disposal all the necessary equipment.

Courses are free of charge (journey, board and lodging apart; they are at your charge).

Our Biscuit Test center, including a Rotary Moulder and a Double Head Depositor of 1.200 mm joined to a 20 m Hybrid Oven (Cyclothermic – Convection) and our Bread and Pastry Test centers are at disposal of our Clients to test their products and their processes, with total confidentiality.
