I GRANDI CORSI: PIERGIORGIO GIORILLI
On monday 19th october 2009 at our head office in Verona was held the first of the “Grandi corsi” meetings in partnership with CASTAlimenti.
It was held by master backer Piergiorgio GIORILLI, who talked about the problems linked to bread baking. The master baker completed the course adding a practical demostration with suggestions and solutions on how to improve bakery bread baking.
The next meeting will take place on the 2nd november 2009, it will be held by Igino Massari, who will talk about spong bread manufactoring.
