HORIZONTAL MIXER

High speed mixer to process a wide variety of dough. Provided with stainless steel bowl, jacketed on its whole section with circulation of hot or cold water, and two speed motor for the mixing arm, complete with automatically controlled working cycle with automatic passage from low to high speed. Dough discharge made by means of the tank rotation.
Provided with full set of accident prevention and protection devices, while materials in contact with the dough are fulfilling all up-to-date international hygiene standards.

TWO VERTICAL SPLINDLE MIXER

Mixer suitable for cracker and delicate dough batches. Mixing of bowl is carried out in bowls on castors. The two mixing spindles, provided each of four shaped arms, of stainless steel AISI 304, move up and down by rack drive.
