The lines comprises: Premixer and Turboemulsifier for batter and creams, Depositor with its accessories (for batter dosing at single or double colours), Baking oven (Cyclothermic, Direct gas fire or Hybrid with configuration of two or more baking systems in accordance with the different products), Cooling conveyor, Make-up conveyor with all the required equipment (syrup dosers, cream depositors, longitudinal cutter, over-lappers and rolling-up devices, double vibrating blades guillotine), final product conveyor or feeding conveyor to the chocolate enrober and decorators with cooling tunnel.

Our Biscuit Test center, including a Rotary Moulder and a Double Head Depositor of 1.200 mm joined to a 20 m Hybrid Oven (Cyclothermic – Convection) and our Bread and Pastry Test centers are at disposal of our Clients to test their products and their processes, with total confidentiality.
