ROTARY MOULDED BISCUITS AND COOKIES

Polin Industrial Line designs, manufactures, installs and supplies know-how for production plant of soft biscuits and cookies on any capacity from 150 to 1.500 kg/h. The lines comprises different types of mixers, Dough feeding systems, Rotary Moulder complete with its ancillary equipment (various washing units, sugar and crumbs sprinklers), Baking ovens (Cyclothermic, Convection or Hybrid), Cooling conveyors, double chute or “penny” stacker and final Packaging conveyor.

R&D TEST BAKERY
Our Biscuit Test center, including a Rotary Moulder and a Double Head Depositor of 1.200 mm joined to a 20 m Hybrid Oven (Cyclothermic – Convection) and our Bread and Pastry Test centers are at disposal of our Clients to test their products and their processes, with total confidentiality.
