These automatic sheeters have a reinforced opening and structure, automatic reversal of belts, and foldable and removable tables, just to name a few features. The new system of ascending and descending cylinders, operated by two screws in an oil bath, enables the user to achieve very thin pieces without any difficulty, even with hard dough. Control is simple and complete, with the possibility of setting up to 100 different programs, choosing whether to start processing from the right or left side, and setting the speed of the belts and cylinders up to 60m/min. All this can be achieved simply and intuitively with just a light tap on the colour touch screen display.
