An oven of great versatility because it offers all the cooking possibilities: ventilated, combined, static. The cooking chamber is heated in convection and is equipped with a floor electric heating with independent thermostat whose power is such as to allow to achieve the 350° C very quickly. The innovative floor is able to offer an independent cooking compared to the remaining space of the convection chamber, allowing to cook or heat simultaneously varied types of product. Can still enable the baking tray placed on the floor, to bake as any other, simply by switching off the electrical resistance .
