Rotary moulder

Polin Rotary Moulder has been designed to meet customers' demand in terms of flexibility and reliability when processing various types of dough. It is fitted with 3 independent motors for the grooved roller, the forming roller and the pressure roller.
The automatic controls (such as grooved and moulding roller speed, knife height and inclination, belt speed and tensioning), the roller quick replacement, the tool-free belt change permit to reduce costs and downtime.
The built-in touch-screen operator panel managed by PLC for a rapid and easy control and response to troubles, the easy sanitisation among other specific features, make this machine an innovative and functional unit.
