RotoAvant FB has numerous air-regulation registers which allow for very precise air channelling, by maximising the amount of heat enveloping the product surface and conveying an optimal quantity of heat to the centre and along the entire perimeter of the tray, as well as to every height level of the rack.

Air Fine Control:
the right quantity of air on the product

The use of inverter technology allows you to select the exact amount of air required by the product at each phase, in both the manual and automatic cycles. There are 5 speeds which can be adjusted freely.

Wide Flow conveys a great mass of air through special ducts, designed to create a perfect air quantity-pressure ratio as well as an abundant and enveloping air flow that ensures that all the products on the tray are baked evenly.

It recreates the ground effect

To recreate the ground effect on the underside of the bread, more than 200 flow conveyors that guide the air upwards are arranged along all the ducts.

HIGH FLEXIBILITY

A unique level of flexibility

Rapid Coolying System allows you to drastically reduce waiting times between a high-temperature process and a low-temperature one without having to open the oven door.

As a result, the micro-climate within the system will not be altered.

High-efficiency heat generation system. The heart of the RotoAvant FB heating system is its highly efficient thick-walled stainless steel combustion chamber made from refractory materials. It has an ample radiating surface thanks to a specially-shaped fume circuit and a great number of tubes.
The special heat exchange system makes effective use of the entire surface, ensuring that a constant and abundant supply of heat is available at all times.

RotoAvant FB high productivity is the result of Polin's highly-efficient heat system with heat storage, which ensures rapid temperature recovery, allowing for reduced baking times and improved baking quality.

RotoAvant FB can be equipped with Fast Air, a feature which can be combined with the automatic opening of the relief valve to let steam rapidly out of the chamber.

Litre counter for measuring the water to be vaporised

The litre counter measures the input of water for vaporising, based on the amount specified in the programme (and not on the time) regardless of water pressure or any build-up of limescale that might interfere with smooth water flow (optional extra).

RotoAvant FB 4676 was designed to minimise assembly times and to have the oven immediately ready for production. It is shipped in 2 or 3 main elements already assembled, plus the door and the hood.

BakeApp Cloud represents the latest evolution of factory management conceived by Polin. An application that offers full control of one or more laboratories, even remotely, by connecting machines and ovens to the system and integrating them with one another to facilitate continuous data exchange. Thanks to this information, it is possible to carry out analysis and receive useful hints to optimise consumption, reduce waste, and constantly check that each laboratory is operating at the desired level of productivity and in an effective manner.
