The H2O Avant coolers offer high performance thermal exchange with maximum stability of the temperature and maximum hygiene. They have an indirect cooling system with accumulation of ice; the cooler unit is completely separate from the water supply intended for use in the dough which results in two very important achievement: • absolutely non-contamination of the water intended for use in dough; • elimination of bacterial proliferation.
