The lines comprises: Premixer and Turboemulsifier for batter and creams, Depositor with its accessories (for batter dosing at single or double colours), Baking oven (normally Cyclothermic), Cooling conveyor, Make-up conveyor with all the required equipment (syrup dosers, cream depositors, longitudinal cutter, over-lappers and rolling-up devices, double vibrating blades guillotine), final product conveyor or feeding conveyor to the chocolate enrober and decorators with cooling tunnel.
