Cooling

At the outlet of the oven a Take-off conveyor with stainless steel wire-mesh transfers the product from wire-mesh or belt of the oven towards the Cooling conveyor. Its length, in ambient room, is determined for a proper and lasting preservation of the packaged product. The conveyor belt can be of wire-mesh or plastic, with automatic tensioning and tracking to avoid any side skidding.
A forced cooling could be suggested to reduce the length of the conveyor; it can be achieved, either by hoods with centrifugal fan blown air ducts or just by fans fitted in the final part of the conveyor.
